Brook Ledge Horse Transportation I found them to be very professional:† they follow directions, including not turning up in the middle of the night and they helped unload the eight or so horses they hauled in one load for me.† I think they tend to use tractor-trailers so might have problems with small turnaround areas but ask them.† If you ever need to take a bevy of horses at one time, they are unbeatable. If you have a†one spot†pick-up of several horses and a drop-off at only one spot, they probably will give you a discount. Ron and Maud Hamilton

Cox Equine Transport There are 2 companies I would HIGHLY suggest if shipping a horse. Cox Equine Transport out of Tx. and Griffinsburg Equine Transport out of Va. the second is EXTREMELY affordable, great rig, family type biz and they are true horse people. I would feel very safe with either them!!

Fred's Horse Van Service They hauled Rumas to Canada, got him there in good shape, even stopped at her place and stalled him overnight to give him and her a rest.  He arrived calm and in great shape.  .. Dodi Speece, McDodi Farms
Fair Winds Farm, Inc. We got him from your site. : ) I have used this hauler for 3 horses now.  Jim is great and reasonably priced.  I won't use anyone else. He is excellent. Highly recommended. I have used several haulers, but I will use Jim now if at all possible. He is courteous, kind to the horses, on time and wonderful to work with.

Gelissen Paardentransport Beek Gelissen Paardentransport Beek who brought  Delight Filly Ours to Wales were absolutely fabulous!   They are ideal for anybody importing horses to Europe and the UK..  They arrived within 15 minutes of when they said they would.. and they kept in close contact while she was in their care..  They were really nice people.. long time horse breeders and hunter/jumper competitors..  they were strutting around and shaking hands and all smiles and strokes for the horse.. they were so proud of her, you would think they had created her out of whole cloth on the journey over.. : )...  makes ya feel good, you know?

Quick Silver Equine Express
Hi Dodi,
I know Owen he is the driver of Quick Silver Equine Express, he is very good, he has a list of references, he also raises walkers...and in my books that makes him a smart man...haha, but seriously he gets your horse to you as fast as possible and the same time he takes great care in hauling them to ensure their safety, if he didn't, I wouldn't of agreed to start working for him.
Steve's Equine Transport I recommend Steve's Equine Transport, LLC.  Allison Abbs  msalilekat69@aol.com
Horsin' Around Personally I was extremely happy with a firm called Horse'N Around. They cost a little more, but was well worth it.

We have used Horse'N Around also and were extremely happy with them also.

Equus Farms Transportation I just wanted to pass to the group the name of a horse transporter I used and liked.  It is Equus Farms Transportation  I had a mare shipped from NC to California and made a drop off change mid-stream.  It took them seven days to get her here with a stop over in Texas so the horses could rest up.  She arrived clean and looking good. The cost was a bit over $1,000 which I think is pretty par with other companies. Anyway, I like to give credit where credit is due. Carol Olson, West Point Walkers
Edgar Heyn Edgar Heyn is, by far, the #1 Andalusian Horse transporter in all of Spain. There are no words that can describe his professionalism and his care for the animals. All you need to do is give him the name of your Andalusian Horse and the horseís location. He literally handles all of the details and arrangements. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your horse to arrive. Edgar Heyn at eheyn@arrakis.es is not only a professional, he is a good friend to whom I consider part of my extended family. This is the best advice I can give someone in the market to transport an Andalusian Horse from Spain.

Los Locos Equine Services
Just wanted to let you all know that I did end up using Los Locos Equine Services out of Forest, Ohio to ship my fillies and I can recommend them 110% !!!  Paul Stewart was wonderful handing the girls and took excellent care of them and they arrived in perfect condition.  His wife Sue was pleasant and helpful during our many phone conversations.

These fillies had never gotten on a trailer before and Paul was patient and kind with them.  They never so much as broke a sweat during their ride and they were in perfect condition when they arrived.  Paul called us several times while on the road to alert us of how far he was and that the horses were doing fine. Also that he made several stops to let them drink and rest.   I highly recommend this small, family owned company and would do business with them again.
