Wanted to write and let you know how nice we felt your open house
went, despite the lousy weather.
It was really nice to tour your barn and see so many happy horses.
This is the FIRST time we have dropped off a horse for training and
felt 100% at ease. Sure I will miss Coal, but it's so much easier
knowing he's in good hands.
We left your place with our tummies full and minds at ease.

Too bad I don't see any good pictures
of udders. I'm actively looking for good milkers. I just lost a doe
to dogs that milked 16-24 lbs a day peak. She gave me 17 live births
in 5 litters. I only have one of her daughters left who is yet
unproven. What are your production records

Had Nubians at home as a "kid" (ha). Love them, but can't have one

I enjoyed this site very much. My
mother raises purebred Nubians and loves them more than anything.
They are so funny and sweet. I love the horses although my
preference is quarter horses, I would love to have a walker. I rode

Glad to see someone in Texas with a
web site on Nubians. We own two they are
my daughters FFA projects. One is due to kid in 6 days. Our
AG chapter has has 15 dairy goats most of
which are Nubian. I'm very proud of the first 5 girls who got the
dairy goat craze started . They went out on their own and found
their goats all of which have won grand at least once with their
goat. Plus a few months after getting their goats went to Houston
just for fun and won herdsmen and team fitting. Not bad for
greenhorns. |
